Batching Plant Modernization — Tbilisi Ready-Mix Facility

RS-Mega delivered a full modernization of a stationary concrete batching plant for a leading ready-mix producer in Tbilisi. The project scope covered the replacement of worn twin-shaft mixer components, a complete overhaul of the weighing and dosing system, and the integration of a modern automation panel for real-time production control.

Our team supplied and installed original spare parts including mixer arms, wear plates, and shaft seals, restoring the plant to full mixing efficiency. The aggregate weighing hoppers were re-calibrated and fitted with new load cells to guarantee precise batch accuracy across every production cycle.

On the automation side, the legacy control system was upgraded to a PLC-based solution, giving the operator full visibility over dosing sequences, moisture correction, and production reporting. The result is a faster, more reliable plant with reduced downtime and consistent concrete quality.

The entire commissioning was completed on-site within the agreed schedule, with minimal interruption to the client’s daily operations. This project reflects RS-Mega’s end-to-end capability — from spare parts supply to full system integration — for industrial concrete production facilities.
